FUEL TANKS
(DIFFERENT CAPACITES)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION :
- The tank made from steel structure (St. 37) 6 mm
thickness.
- The tank strengthens inside with steel angles and
also ends.
- The tank includes Manholes with inside
diameter 60 cm sealed by oil seals resist
petroleum substances.
- The tank with filling and suctions openings
and level measurement stick and ventilation.
- The tank coated inside with three layers of
coating which resist petroleum substances and
coated outside with three layers of coating which
resist environment parameters (humidity , heat, ..)
WELDING :
- By using submerged ARC weld technique.
- Type joint is butt.
- The tank includes four (4) lift and move the tank .
TANK TESTED :
The tank was tested under pressure of 0.7
atmospheric
المواصفات الفنية :
- الخزان مصنع من ألواح الصلب الانشائي
سمك ٦مم. (St.٣٧)
- الخزان مقوى من الداخل بشنابر من زوايا
الصلب وكذا النهايات.
- الخزان مزود بفتحات تفتيش (مانھول)
بقطر داخلي ٦٠ سم محكمة القفل بجوانات
مقاومة للمواد البترولية.
- الخزان به فتحات للملئ والسحب وأخذ
المقاس والتهوية.
- الخزان مطلي من الداخل بثلاث طبقات من
الدهان المقاوم للمواد البترولية ومطلي
من الخارج بثلاث طبقات من الدهان المقاوم
للرطوبة والعوامل الجوية.
اللحام :
- باستخدام تكنولوجيا القوس الكهربي
المغمور.
- بطريقة القورة علي القورة لحاما تقابلیا.
- تلحم في جسم الخزان عدد( ٤) حمالة لرفع
ونقل الخزان
الإختبارات:
- تم اختبار الخزان تحت ضغط ٠٫٧ جوي.
